By accessing or using Brainogram (“Service”), including our apps and https://brainogram.com/, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Brainogram provides rule-based quantitative trading analysis for XAUUSD (Gold) and XAGUSD (Silver). The Service runs multiple strategies per analysis and returns signals and levels. Analysis is consumed using credits purchased through the platform or app stores.
3. User obligations
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
- Use the Service for personal analysis, not for unauthorised commercial redistribution.
- Do not misuse the Service, including attempts to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse the API.
4. No financial advice
The analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk. Consult a licensed professional if needed.
5. Credits & purchases
Credits may be non-refundable once consumed subject to app store and local law. Pricing and packages may change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
Content, algorithms, and software are protected. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainogram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Modifications & termination
We may modify these terms or suspend access. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
